Событие вчерашней недели, которое не вошло во вчерашний дайджест - публикация записок Коми.

Публикация произошла в результате слива из Конгресса, где записки Коми затребовали под угрозой повестки из Министерства юстиции республиканские председатели трех комиссий: Нунес, Гудлатте и Гауди.

“The Committees request the Department of Justice make copies of the Comey memos available immediately. Copies of any unclassified memos should be produced to all three Committees in unredacted form. Copies of any memos containing classified information should be produced to all three Committees in both (1) unredacted form, in an appropriately secure setting; and (2) declassified form, with appropriate redactions. There is no legal basis for withholding these materials from Congress.”

Этот ход рассматривался комментаторами, как попытка подставить Рода Розенштейна и дать повод Трампу для его увольнения. Розенштейн поддался давлению и в результате создал опасный прецедент публикации материальных свидетельств текущего расследования по политическим причинам.



Те же деятели, продолжая пытаться ловить рыбку в темной воде, затребовали у Розенштейна документы из ФБР о расследовании Клинтон и ордеру FISA на Картера Пейджа.
