Розэнн Барр прославилась исполнением главной роли в популярном ситкоме "Roseanne", который показывали в 1988-1997, a в этом году восстановили с большой помпой. Как и другие сериалы, появившиеся в конце 1980ых ("Married... with Children" 1987-1997, "The Simpsons" 1989-), старый сериал "Roseanne" высмеивал традиционную патриархальную американскую семью, выставляя женщину с сильным хатактером в качестве фактической главы семьи. В новом сериалы персонаж Розэнн, как и она сама - сторонница Трампа из числа малообразованных белых американцев. Типичная шутка: ее сестра, противница Трампа, приносит салат, а Розэнн восклицает "Oh look, Dan. Russian!"

Выступая 30 марта в Огайо, Трамп не обошел обновленный сериал вниманием.
