Накануне истечения срока для исполнения закона о санкциях Вашингтон одновременно посетили главы всех трех российских разведслужб: СВР, ГРУ и ФСБ. Визит оставался бы в секрете, если бы о нем не сообщили в российских СМИ. Нарышкин, Коробов и Бортников (первые два из которых находятся под американскими санкциями, а последний - под санкциями ЕС и Канады) встречались с руководителями американской разведки, но неизвестно, о чем конкретно шла речь. Неизвестно также, кто выдал разрешение Нарышкину и Коробову на посещение США в обход санкций.
