11 октября 2016 Викиликс вывалили очередную порцию емайлов из взломанной почты Джона Подесты. Среди них был емайл 2011 года, в котором Дженифер Палмиери (Director of Communicationsв в кампании Хиллари Клинтон) обменивалась мнением с Джоном Халпиным, другим демократом и католиком, в то время когда они вместе с Подестой работали в Center for American Progress.

Халпин обсуждал статью про Руперта Мердока, в которой рассказывалось, как Мердок выращивает детей в католической вере: "Ken Auletta's latest piece on Murdoch in the New Yorker starts off with the aside that both Murdoch and Robert Thompson, managing editor of the WSJ, are raising their kids Catholic. Friggin' Murdoch baptized his kids in Jordan where John the Baptist baptized Jesus." На что Палмиери заметила: "I imagine they think it is the most socially acceptable politically conservative religion. Their rich friends wouldn't understand if they became evangelicals."

За успешную операцию маршал Жуков получил четвертую звезду Героя Советского Союза, а председатель КГБ Серов был награждён орденом Кутузова I степени. Отличился и советский посол в Венгрии Юрий Андропов, который после этого пошел на повышение и стал заведующим Отдела ЦК КПСС по связям с компартиями соцстран.

Редакционная статья New York Times писала "We accuse the Soviet Government of murder. We accuse it of the foulest treachery and the basest deceit known to man. We accuse it of having committed so monstrous crime against the Hungarian people yesterday that its infamy can never be forgiven or forgotten."

Работая в советском "военном ящике" в 1960ые, Владимир Лефевр создал так называемую "теорию рефлексивного управления" - математическую модель принятия решений, ставшую советским ответом на западную теорию игр. В середине 1970ых он эмигрировал в США и уже в Америке, играя с Булевой алгеброй, стал ассоциировать единицы и нули с добром и злом и добавил математическую теорию этики. Алгебра подсказывала две разных этических системы.

Вот с этой моделью выяснилось, что есть два принципиально разных характера. Субъекты первого типа поднимаются в своих глазах, когда они выбирают отношение сотрудничества, субъекты второго типа падают в своих глазах, когда выбирают сотрудничество, но поднимаются в своих собственных глазах, когда выбирают отношение конфликта. Сразу же возникла идея, что в человеческой культуре могут быть реализованы эти два типа, каждому из которых соответствует своя этическая система.
Я провел целый ряд экспериментов, был проанализирован огромный материал, и в 1982 году была опубликована книга «Алгебра совести». В ней я привел аргументы в пользу того, что первая этическая система реализована в странах Запада, а вторая этическая система – в Советском Союзе. Книга вызвала бурную реакцию, меня обвиняли и либералы и консерваторы. Либералы говорили, что США ничем не отличаются от СССР. Одновременно я получил полуугрожающее письмо от общества Берча, в котором сообщалось: я должен иметь в виду, что говорить о том, что в СССР есть какая-то этическая система – это красная пропаганда. В СССР нет никакой этической системы вообще.
Сейчас более менее прояснилось, что безусловно, советская культура основана на второй этической системе, а западная культура – на первой этической системе. В первой этической системе есть процедура разрешения конфликтов, поднимающая этический статус обеих сторон, а во второй этической системе нет процедуры разрешения конфликта, поднимающей этический статус субъекта в своих собственных глазах и в глазах других людей. Конфликт во второй этической системе заканчивается либо победой одной из сторон, либо обращением к вышестоящим инстанциям.

Но вторая этическая система, в которой цель оправдывает средства, люди служат пешками, а конфликт может разрешиться только путем уничтожения врага, разумеется, не является чисто советской. Она ярко проявляет себя в Трампе и уходят корнями в американскую традицию, выразителем которой был умерший в 2008 республиканский деятель Пол Вайрих, основатель Heritage Foundation, "Moral Majority", Council for National Policy и других влиятельных организаций.

Из воспоминаний Аркадия Мурашева о том, как, по наводке Эдуарда Лозанского, Вайрих в 1989 приезжал в Москву, чтобы помочь Ельцину и его соратникам победить ненавистных коммунистов:

Главным на игре был высокий, толстый и розовенький, как поросёнок, американец с хорошо поставленных голосом, которого звали Пол Вайрих. Представляя его на ужине , Эдик Лозанский, который был незаменим при личном общении с американцами, сказал, что это - «тот самый Вайрих» (очень известный политик; хоть и не конгрессмен, но фигура влиятельная).
На этом ужине Вайрих, зная, что я - секретарь МДГ, наговорил мне невероятные комплименты: что семинар прошел отлично, что ни в одной стране, даже в Америке, они не встречали такую подготовленную аудиторию, что никогда не было такого успеха (за двадцать лет такое - впервые). Конечно, это - дежурные слова, но было видно, что американцы и в самом деле не ожидали ничего подобного. Практически все они оказались в России впервые и не знали о ней ничего. Они плохо понимали, кто такие наши депутаты, а столкнувшись с ними, были впечатлены: оказалось, что это - люди умные, остроумные, эрудированные, хорошо подготовленные, прошедшие хорошую политическую школу.
Вайрих мне сказал: «Надо поговорить - есть повод для встречи и беседы». Мы договорились встретиться на завтра. Он предупредил, что разговор будет доверительный. Я был заинтригован.
Проблема состояла только в языке. Я боялся, что не смогу поговорить с ними на своём ломаном английском. Единственные, кто могли мне помочь - это Лозанский и Станкевич, но оба в тот день были заняты. Тогда я позвал Шабада, у которого английский был получше.
Мы встретились в "Москве" и проговорили пять часов. Эта встреча явилась для нас открытием друг друга. Оказалось, что встретились практически единомышленники. У меня были абстрактные идеи - права человека, свободы. Им этого оказалось достаточно. <...>
Показательно: когда мы приехали к Вайриху (а он жил вместе с женой и младшим сыном), первый же наш совместный ужин начался с молитвы. Наутро завтрак - опять молитва. Ланч - молитва. Ужин - снова молитва. В Фениксе - тоже молитва. И так на всех тусовках и встречах.
В Фениксе я встретил некоего Джима Беккета, который пригласил меня к себе в номер: «Хочу за вас помолиться». И так на каждом шагу. Я сильно заинтересовался религиозностью американцев.
Например, Вайрих - глубоко религиозный, униат. Во второй свой приезд в Петербург он попросил организовать встречу с ректором Петербургской духовной академии. Встреча состоялась.
Батюшки оказались образованными людьми. Я был далёк от всего этого, но слушал их разговор внимательно. Когда они затронули тему политики, ректор сказал: «Это - не наше дело, политика - сама по себе». На что Вайрих возразил: «Как же церковь может быть равнодушна к политике? Жизнь - это борьба добра со злом, и эта борьба протекает во многих областях жизни. И в политике тоже. Зло - это коммунизм, а добро - либерализм. Церковь должна бороться со злом. Тем более российская церковь, столько претерпевшая от власти. (Вам про это лучше знать - про запрещение церквей, убийство священников...)» Вайрих произнёс это очень эмоционально, и его слова произвели на меня глубокое впечатление.

Небольшой анализ того, что есть и чего нет в этом отчете.

Что в отчете есть:

1. В первом томе - факты о российских хакерах и троллях, соответсвующие предыдущим обвинительным заключениям.

2. Там же - информация о многочисленных связях между избирательной кампанией Трампа и путинскими представителями. Не удалось, однако, найти достаточно доказательств для установления криминального характера этих связей.

Не удалось, к примеру, установить, зачем Манафорт систематически передавал внутренние данные кампании через Килимника Дерипаске.

Manafort instructed Rick Gates, his deputy on the Campaign and a longtime employee, 839 to provide Kilimnik with updates on the Trump Campaign-including internal polling data, although Manafort claims not to recall that specific instruction. Manafort expected Kilimnik to share that information with others in Ukraine and with Deripaska. Gates periodically sent such polling data to Kilimnik during the campaign. <…> Because of questions about Manafort's credibility and our limited ability to gather evidence on what happened to the polling data after it was sent to Kilimnik, the Office could not assess what Kilimnik (or others he may have given it to) did with it.

On January 14, 2016, Rhona Graff sent an email to Duma stating that Trump was "honored to be asked to participate in the highly prestigious" Forum event, but that he would "have to decline" the invitation given his "very grueling and full travel schedule" as a presidential candidate. <...>
According to written answers from President Trump, Graff received an email from Deputy Prime Minister Prikhodko on March 17, 2016, again inviting Trump to participate in the 2016 Forum in St. Petersburg. Two weeks later, on March 31, 2016, Graff prepared for Trump's signature a two-paragraph letter declining the invitation. The letter stated that Trump's "schedule has become extremely demanding" because of the presidential campaign, that he "already ha[ d] several commitments in the United States" for the time of the Forum, but that he otherwise "would have gladly given every consideration to attending such an important event." Graff forwarded the letter to another executive assistant at the Trump Organization with instructions to print the document on letterhead for Trump to sign.

Не осуществились надежды культа MuellerAnon. Расследование Мюллера завершено.

Осуществилась ли угроза номер пять, о которой я писал в декабре 2017 (бесплодное окончание расследования Мюллера)?

Окончательно говорить пока рано. Факт российского вмешательства и его преступной составляющей Мюллером установлен. Завершение расследование без предъявления обвинений американским сообщникам этого вмешательства - не то, чего ожидали не только поклонники культа MuellerAnon, но и многие комментаторы из числа профессиональных юристов и бывших прокуроров.

Законом возможности Мюллера ограничены - он мог сообщать публике о выявленных фактах только путем предъявления обвинений и развернутых обвинительных заключений. Финальный отчет с обоснованием всех решений по выдвижению обвинений по правилам предназначен не для публики и не для Конгресса, а только для генерального прокурора.

Не допуская утечек из своего расследования, Мюллер перекрыл кислород потенциальному "Deep Throat". Журналисты отныне будут остерегаться публиковать утечки из разведки или контрразведки о российских контактах.

С другой стороны, если Мюллер нашел основания для импичмента, единственным легальным способом донести их до Конгресса было бы закрыть расследование и выпустить финальный отчет в надежде, что Конгресс сможет затребовать его по повестке. Это объясняло бы достаточно резкое окончание расследования до распутывания всех нитей.

Таким образом, остаются три варианта:

1. Расследование развалилось, не найдя доказательств преступной деятельности со стороны участников избирательной кампании Трампа.

2. Мюллер закрыл расследование для того, чтобы донести важную информацию до Конгресса и позволить начать процедуру импичмента.

3. Назначенный Трампом прокурор Барр не дал Мюллеру завершить расследование.

Из пяти угроз можно вычеркнуть третью - Мюллер завершает расследование, избежав увольнения. Пока неясно, что будет с пятой угрозой.

Сравнительно быстрое завершение расследования может быть связано с необходимостью принятия срочных мер. Но не будем спешить с выводами.

В последние годы США проводят на российском направлении политику, которую вряд ли можно назвать дружественной. Законные интересы России игнорируются, постоянно организуются разного рода антироссийские акции, абсолютно не спровоцировано, хочу это подчеркнуть, не спровоцировано с нашей стороны, вводятся всё новые и новые незаконные с точки зрения международного права санкции. Практически полностью и в одностороннем порядке демонтируется сложившаяся за последние десятилетия договорно-правовая база международной безопасности, и при этом Россию же называют чуть ли не главной угрозой для США.
Скажу прямо: это неправда. Россия хочет иметь полноценные, равноправные и дружеские отношения с США. Россия никому не угрожает, а все наши действия в сфере безопасности носят исключительно ответный, а значит, оборонительный характер. Мы не заинтересованы в конфронтации и не хотим её, тем более с такой глобальной державой, как Соединённые Штаты Америки. Но, похоже, наши партнёры не замечают, как и какими темпами меняется мир, куда он движется. Они продолжают свою разрушительную и явно ошибочную политику. Вряд ли это соответствует интересам самих США. Но это не нам решать.
Мы видим, что имеем дело с деятельными, очень талантливыми людьми, однако среди правящего класса много и таких, кто излишне увлечён идеей своей исключительности и своего превосходства над всем остальным миром. Разумеется, их право думать так, как они хотят. Но считать-то они умеют? Умеют наверняка. Пусть посчитают дальность и скорость наших перспективных систем оружия. Trump and his cadre of idiots stumbled into the greatest crime in history and made no effort whatsoever to cover their tracks, because if they knew anything, it’s that it would be really dumb if they won that election. But win they did, and even though the result made it impossible for anyone in the government to take Trump down directly, our legal system has slowly encircled him, piece by piece, conspirator by conspirator, and a grandmaster of the game has our would-be king in checkmate. He’s taken his time, but when you come at the President, you best not miss.
Just as surely as his name will someday erase the stain of J. Edgar Hoover’s from FBI Headquarters, Robert Swan Mueller III is purging the Oval Office of Trump’s corruption and Putin’s influence, and the country he has loved so well, and served so faithfully, will soon begin to heal. Already we appear to be awakening from the nightmare, so all we have to do now is collectively realize how scary that nightmare truly is.

Но кое-что все-таки движется, и хочется надеяться, что угроза номер пять не осуществится.

Прошел второй год существования сообщества puppet_djt. В этом году я писал меньше - около 160 постов. Не знаю, как в ЖЖ отбирают "некиррилический" Top-25, но в 2018 посты из сообщества попадали в этот список 25 раз.

Поток новостей про Рашагейт не уменьшился, но арка истории уже обозначилась, а главный вопрос "Был ли Трамп в свое время напрямую завербован российскими спецслужбами?" потерял неоднозначность.
